YEARBOOK
ORDER YOUR 2011-2012 YEARBOOK TODAY
Capture memories of the school year with your own copy of our first Westerly Creek yearbook. This full-color book will showcase ECE-5th grade students, staff, events and activities from the 2011-2012 school year, plus student artwork.
DISCOUNTED PRICE DEADLINE EXTENDED!
Quantities are limited! Orders will be accepted for the discounted price of $20 until January 13th. Orders placed after that will be $25.
ORDER ONE FOR EACH OF YOUR WCE STUDENTS We’re hoping to receive most orders for yearbooks by late January so we can order the right number of books from our yearbook vendor. If you were planning to order a yearbook, do so by January 13th to get the discounted price of $20. We need to finalize the number of books we’re printing by the end of January, so please don’t wait to order after that time. Since this is our first year doing a yearbook, we don’t have a sales history to estimate how many we should print and will rely on orders already received plus run just a few extra.
Online Orders
To order online go to www.yearbookforever.com. For online orders you will be offered personalization options (for an additional fee) like adding your child's name and date, personalized message, etc. *There is a $2 service fee for online orders.
Paper Order Forms
Complete the order form and return it with payment (cash or check made out to Westerly Creek) to your child’s teacher or the main office.
Delivery
All yearbooks will be delivered to students through their homeroom teacher in May 2012. It will include an autograph page, so please consider buying one for each child you have at Westerly Creek. Orders may be placed up until May 4th OR until limited quantities are sold, whichever comes first, so be sure to order early!
WE NEED YOUR PHOTOS!
We want you to upload your classroom and school events photos! We've created a Snapfish login for classroom parents, teachers and kids to upload your photos for the yearbook, including candid photos and special school events. Please label them carefully so we know which teacher, grade, names of kids, name of event and dates, and anything that will help us include an accurate caption.
