The auction is quickly approaching. If you have not already turned in your family donation or acquisition, please drop it off at the school front desk. We are STILL accepting donations! You can enter your donation directly into the online catalog instead of filling out the donation form. Click here to donate an item.

Tickets and FREE SHUTTLE SERVICe

Purchase auction tickets online! Click on the RSVP menu tab.  Search by your name or your spouse’s name if you have attended in the past. Presidential Transportation Service is providing a FREE shuttle service between the Berkshire and The Summit between 5:45 pm and 11:15 pm. There are a limited number of spaces available. Signup for the shuttle by selecting “Auction Ticket with Free Shuttle” on the RSVP tab. If this option is not available when you purchase your tickets, all seats are taken.

A Pizza or PJ Party will be awarded to one class per grade with the highest ticket sales!


VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED for:

  • Working the night of the event
  • Picking up donations from donor businesses
  • Etc.!

CLASS BASKETS
Your Room Parent or Grade Auction Basket Coordinator will be contacting you this month to contribute to the class grade baskets. ECE and Kindergarden can contact one of the classroom basket coordinators to participate in the basket of their choice.
